A good relationship between an agency and a client allows both parties to flourish, reach potential and achieve goals.

We believe, there are four key components that make a successful client/agency relationship;

 

Communication

Like any relationship, good communication is crucial! The type of communication and the frequency needs to work for everyone. A mixture of emails, calls and face to face meetings should be agreed. Communication should be regular and efficient.

 

Understanding

Agencies need to truly understand their client’s business and become an extension of their team. Having a full understanding of the business needs and processes helps exponentially in achieving objectives.

 

Transparency

Don’t promise what you can’t deliver! Sharing information, documents and progress in open conversation helps maintain a smooth relationship.

 

Feedback

Constructive feedback from both sides is a great practice to maximise potential. Be careful not to harm projects by ensuring timing and quantity/quality of feedback is optimal.
