2023 has unfolded with both triumphs and tragedies. Celebrations marked the coronation of a new King and England’s near-triumph at the FIFA World Cup. Yet, ongoing conflicts in Ukraine, Israel, and Gaza serve as stark reminders of how harsh and unpredictable our world can be.
Amidst these uncertainties, the new year will no doubt usher in new challenges for us all, but equally reminds us to be resilient and adaptable to change.
Closer to home, the growing influence of AI in marketing can be seen by all, but ultimately its impact depends on how it is developed, deployed, and regulated. For now, at least, that’s our job.
